RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have the right to return the products within 14 days of their arrival. The right of return also applies to products purchased from our partner Aminopörssi store. Returned products must be correct, unopened and in their original packaging. We will refund the price of the products within 14 days of the return of the returned products. If, after returned products, the value of the order falls below the valid free shipping limit, shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS
Pack the products carefully in their original packaging and include the following information: name, address, order number, telephone number.
Return your Posti delivery to your post office (Posti) using the customer return code: 648507.
Return a DB Schenker delivery order to DB Schenker.
It is advisable to keep the package label that was in the original package because it will speed up the refund considerably.
